My name is Cassie and I am the company director of CB Early Years & Education services. 

For over 17 years, I have worked in this capacity focusing on raising quality practice and empowering concrete philosophies for Early Years and Primary Education.

I am an Early Years and Safeguarding Consultant, undertaking pre and post Ofsted support for schools who require our services. I work nationwide with a large number of provision including multi-academy trusts and wrap around care provision.

Throughout my advisory role, I have continued to work ‘at the front line’ within early years which means I can act as a trusted partner to prepare others with what’s to come.

I work with the headship to ensure that they fully understand why they need to improve and, above all, how best to improve. 

The welfare of young children remains at the heart of all work that i undertake.

I deliver a wide range of EYFS training courses covering today’s frameworks and legislation and offer accredited forest school training.

I specialise in SEND and also PEG trained to support schools that have children with percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy insertions.

I am able to capture the salient points of strengths and development areas succinctly, clearly and ensure that the proposed impact of any suggested actions will be measurable in terms of improving the life chances for the children.
