MEET NORA NESS

 Nora is the Founder and Director of The Egg and leads our international training and school & family support programmes. 

Nora has a wealth of experience both as a teacher and as a senior leader. 

Her mission is to bring the best out of EVERY learner, regardless of age or background, by applying an integrated approach in her practice. She firmly stands for representing the highest of standards and outstanding expectations while also tailoring the learning experience for each learner's individual need and interest.

Having spent 15 years in teaching, leading teams and training/mentoring colleagues in a range of educational establishments, Nora has developed an uncompromising passion for delivering accessible, inspiring and targeted education to all. 

She worked in formal educational settings such as state and independent schools in the UK and has international teaching experience from Scandinavia and Mainland Europe. 

Nora  continues to lead and educate teachers, trainers and coaches of the future internationally. 

In the early years of her career, Nora also  worked at, established and managed successful tuition centres in London and Oxford as well as working as an EAL teacher at Brunel University's English as a Foreign Language courses. 

Nora is an avid admirer of her Pedagogy professor, innovator and educational theorist Laszlo Gaspar, for whom she worked as a research assistant. Nora vowed to carry on with his legacy of promoting a child-centred, progressive and integrative approach in education. 

Nora is currently researching for her doctorate in Education.
